Say Yenilenebilir Enerji expects revenue from Ateş Çelik

Say Yenilenebilir Enerji Ekipmanları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş announced its revenue expectation from Ateş Çelik.

The following information was given in the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP):

''As it is known, our company supplies certain components of wind turbines and turbine towers to our related party, Ateş Çelik (Ates Wind Power), within the framework of the agreement made in April 2018. In our new information policy published on KAP on 15.02.2022, it is regulated that an explanation can be made regarding periodic orders within the scope of framework agreements.

In this context, our Company has started to announce its revenue expectation from Ateş Wind Power every quarter as of the second quarter of 2022. In the second quarter of 2023, our company expects to generate approximately EUR 3,175,000 revenue from sales of wind turbine and turbine tower components and commercial goods to Ateş Wind Power. The revenue obtained in the first quarter of 2023 will be disclosed through our financial statements for the relevant quarter.''
