Organized by Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), Saudi Build will take place at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) from November 2 to 5, 2026.
The UFI-approved event will connect building materials manufacturers, technology providers and suppliers with distributors, project owners, consultants, architects and engineers contributing to Saudi Arabia’s construction sector under Vision 2030.
More than 25,000 visitors attended in 2025
The 2025 edition of Saudi Build hosted 420 exhibitors from 22 countries and welcomed 25,230 trade visitors. Eight national pavilions were featured across six halls, covering more than 25,000 square meters of exhibition space. According to the organizers, 87% of visitors rated the event as “very effective.”
A broad range of construction solutions on display
Saudi Build 2026 will cover structural and architectural building materials; windows, doors, glass and façade systems; interior finishes; kitchens; lighting; and paints.
The exhibition will also feature water systems and sanitary ware, stone industry technologies, wood products and manufacturing systems, elevators and escalators, construction and safety equipment, modular and prefabricated construction, landscaping solutions, construction machinery and heavy equipment.
Smart buildings, digital construction technologies and sustainable solutions will be among the main areas of focus at the 2026 event.
The future of construction to be discussed
Held alongside the exhibition, The Future of Building International Conference will bring together local and international experts. The conference will feature case studies and discussions on industrial localization, sustainability and technologies transforming construction delivery in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Build will be co-located with Saudi Elenex, a trade exhibition covering electricity, HVAC-R, lighting and renewable energy. The two events will offer visitors access to a broader range of products, technologies and solutions across the construction and energy sectors.
