Polish rebar prices have decreased

Rebar offers from Polish producers were reported this week at around PLN 3,300 ($791.44) per tonne CPT for 12 mm rebar.

For tonnages of 1,000 tons and above, producers are said to be ready to accept lower prices.

The weekly price assessment for domestic steel rebar from Poland decreased by PLN 50 per tonne to PLN 3,200-3,250 ($767.45-779.45) on April 21 from PLN 3,250-3,300 per tonne on April 14.

On the secondary market, rebar traded around 3,320-3,350 zlotys ($796.23-803.43) CPT per tonne, slightly down from the previous week.
