In the statement made by Özyaşar Tel ve Galvanizleme Sanayi A.Ş. to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that its subsidiary Çokyaşar Halat Makina Tel Galvanizleme Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. purchased land for Solar Power Plant (SPP) investment.
The investment was realized based on the Board of Directors decision dated October 30, 2024 and numbered 2024/8.
The details regarding the land purchase process are as below;
Land Location: Malatya Province, Battalgazi District, Şişman Village, Kıraç Region, Block 151, Parcel 3, 46.922,38 m2
Purchase Amount : 7.000.000 TL (including VAT)
