NLMK Group, Ooe of the world's largest steel producers, opened a sales office in Turkey

With the opening of NLMK's Turkey office, there have been changes in management levels. Cengiz Argat, who has represented the NLMK Group in Turkey for the last 20 years, will contribute to the development of customer relations in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) markets as part of NLMK's international sales team. Burak Soydan, who has worked as a senior manager in many companies so far and has great experience in the sale and distribution of steel products in Turkey, will be the head of NLMK Turkey. The entire process related to the transfer is aimed to be completed by the end of 2017.

Stating that Turkey is the most developed country in direct sales among NLMK Group's export markets, Ilya Gushchin, Vice President of Sales of NLMK, said, "We sell in more than 70 countries. Thanks to Mr. Argat's successful work over the years, the NLMK Group has succeeded in creating mutually beneficial relationships in the most developed sectors of the country. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1994. He completed his master's degree on Finance at Istanbul University. He started his career at Garanti Bank. He worked in the field of marketing in companies such as Türk Pirelli Tires, Uzel Makine and Otokar. Since 2010, he has held senior management positions in sales, marketing and distribution in the steel industry.
