Aspermont, the global mining and energy media group, has announced plans for a complementary conference series in Perth, Australia in mid-September that will set both the operational and investment agendas for the mining sector.
The Future of Mining event series will feature a solutions-first agenda with an emphasis on sustainable best practice and operational efficiency requirements. The two-day event, to be held at Pan Pacific Perth on September 18-19, 2023, will inform the decision-making processes of operators dealing with the pressure to secure more minerals for the energy transition, while at the same time making incremental improvements in ESG performance, largely through new technology implementations. There will also be panel discussions on key topics, including the importance of attracting Generation Z to the industry.
Future of Mining will be accompanied by a joint event, the MiningNews Select (MNS) conference, which will be held on the same date and location as Future of Mining. The financial event brings together a large number of 'under the radar' resource companies in Western Australia, one of the major mining centers.
The Future of Mining and MiningNews Select conferences will run over two days at Pan Pacific Perth.
