The Mining & Critical Minerals America Conference and Exhibition is preparing to welcome the international mining and minerals community to Houston on 4–5 November 2026.
Positioned as a strategic platform for commodities, critical minerals, investment, new energy and advanced technologies, the two-day event will cover the entire mineral resources value chain. The programme will focus on industry policies, strategic commodities, mining investment trends, exploration opportunities, precious and base metals, financing models, nuclear energy, ESG, sustainability and emerging mining technologies.
Critical minerals have become increasingly important for national security, economic growth and the development of high-tech industries. These resources play a central role in sectors including semiconductors, batteries, electric vehicles, aerospace, defence, wind power and solar technologies. Against this backdrop, the event will highlight ways to strengthen supply-chain resilience and support the transition towards lower-carbon energy systems.

According to the organiser, Mining & Critical Minerals America 2026 is expected to attract more than 200 senior-level participants from over 20 countries, along with more than 40 speakers and over 20 sponsors and exhibitors.
Government bodies, mining and energy companies, investors, banks, technology providers, industry associations and other stakeholders will participate in two days of strategic discussions, business matching and networking.
The announced speaker line-up includes representatives from organisations such as 1864 Capital, Greenroom Robotics, the Permitting Council, the University of Houston, Lithium for America, Eastman Minerals, S&P Global Commodity Insights, US Critical Materials and MinePro and Energy.
Conference, exhibition and networking opportunities
In addition to the strategic conference programme, the event will feature an international exhibition presenting technologies and solutions for the mining and energy sectors. Networking activities will include one-to-one meetings, speed-networking sessions, business lunches and a drinks reception.
The conference and exhibition will be held at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. The event will be open from 09:00 to 17:00 on 4 November and from 09:00 to 16:00 on 5 November 2026.
