According to Khoroshilov, the project will transform a former informal landfill into a large-scale industrial facility for processing steel and aluminum into a wide range of engineered metal systems for construction, industrial applications and consumer products. The company also plans to manufacture selected polymer- and concrete-based systems.
The development will be carried out in eight construction phases and is expected to include more than 60,000 m² of production and warehouse space dedicated to Metsys' own manufacturing operations.
Founded three years ago by a team of five people, Metsys has grown into a manufacturing company focused on the production of cold-formed, stamped and extruded metal systems. The company said its long-term objective is to supply engineered products for residential, commercial and industrial applications while contributing to Ukraine's industrial development.
According to Khoroshilov, the project is being developed with strong support from key partners. The company's main strategic partner is the Namato trading house, which operates the Namato System, Namato Arm and Namato Install brands. He added that more than 100 trading, installation and engineering organizations join the company's partner network each year.
Khoroshilov said Metsys remains committed to expanding domestic manufacturing despite the challenges posed by the ongoing war, describing industrial development as a key driver of Ukraine's long-term economic recovery.
