A statement was made by Oyak Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. (OYAKC) to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on January 4, 2024 (today) and the Application to the Board for the Provision of Approved Issuance Certificate regarding the merger of the company with OYAK Denizli Çimento A.Ş. was declared.
Following statements were made in the declaration made by Oyak Cement to the Public Disclosure Platform: Oyak Cimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. (OYAKC) made a disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on January 4, 2024 (today) and reported the Application to the Board for the Approved Issuance Certificate regarding the merger of the company with OYAK Denizli Çimento A.Ş.
Oyak Cement made the following statements in the declaration made by Oyak Cement to the Public Disclosure Platform:
"With regard to the merger of our company OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları A.Ş. and OYAK Denizli Çimento A.Ş.; the amended Article No. 7 Share and Share Transfer and Company Capital of the Articles of Association was registered by the Ankara Trade Registry Directorate on 28.12.2023.
According to Article 20 of the Communiqué on Merger and Demerger numbered II-23.2 of the Board, an application was made to the CMB on 03.01.2024 with the relevant documents in order to obtain the approved issue document.
