The acquisition was agreed following a two-year operational evaluation of the assets under a licence agreement. During the evaluation period, Marcegaglia UK added to its existing business through these assets, which will help the company expand its UK and international markets.
Marcegaglia UK is the largest precision pipe manufacturer in Great Britain, owned by the Marcegaglia group.
