KCR Steel U.S. LLC established
According to a disclosure made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), a new company named KCR Steel U.S. LLC has been established in the U.S. state of Texas, with Kocaer Çelik holding 100% of its capital. It was stated that other procedures related to the process are ongoing.
As previously reported by SteelRadar, in a material event disclosure dated July 23, 2026, Kocaer Çelik announced that it had decided to establish a new company in the U.S. in which it would be the controlling shareholder and which would engage in production, sales and marketing activities.
Company aims to expand its activities in the U.S. market
According to the KAP disclosure, KCR Steel U.S. LLC is expected to strengthen Kocaer Çelik’s presence in the U.S. market, develop its commercial activities in the region, expand its customer base and enable the company to provide more effective services to customers. The new company is also expected to contribute to the more effective execution of production, sales and marketing activities in the U.S. market.
