In the statement, it was emphasized that USD 176.4 million, which corresponds to 35 percent of the total contract value of USD 504 million, will be paid on the signing date, and the remaining amount will be completed in 5 equal installments over 60 months, with interest added.

Investment and Development Target

Following the signing of the contract, Koç Holding aims to bring Kalamış Marina up to the level of a 4-anchor marina in accordance with international standards. In this process, a total investment of 150 million dollars is planned.
