Kıraç Galvaniz Telekomünikasyon Metal Makine İnşaat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. announced in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has signed a new cooperation agreement with a company based in Bulgaria.
According to the company, the agreement covers the maintenance, repair and emergency response works for damaged guardrails in Bulgaria until a new tender process launched by the Bulgarian Road Infrastructure Agency is completed.
Kıraç Galvaniz expects the total business volume under the agreement to reach approximately EUR 10 million. The company stated that the agreement is expected to make a positive contribution to its revenue, with work scheduled to commence on July 13, 2026.
The company also noted that the agreement will enable it to continue its operations in the Bulgarian market without interruption, while it will closely monitor the upcoming tender process to be initiated by the Bulgarian Road Infrastructure Agency.
