Kıraç Galvaniz is going public! Demand collection date has been announced

Kıraç Galvaniz will offer TL 45 million of shares to the public in the process of increasing its capital from TL 125 million to TL 170 million. Shares with a nominal value of TL 1 will be offered for sale at a fixed price of TL 24.00. The public offering will be led by Info Investment, with a total size of TL 1.08 billion and a free float of %26.47. The company's trading code in Borsa Istanbul will be "TCKRC".

Kıraç Galvaniz was established in 2006 within Kıraç Group to provide hot dip galvanizing services and operates in Bursa, the thriving center of Turkish industry. The company produces on a total area of 9,714 m², including a galvanizing production facility of 4,166 m² and a metal manufacturing facility of 5,548 m². The company, which also has branches in Georgia and Romania, has initiated a new facility investment in Bozüyük Organized Industrial Zone in order to increase its production capacity and continue its investments. This facility is being built on a 54,476 m² plot of land and is planned to have a closed area of approximately 27,871 m² and an open area of 26,605 m².
