KARDEMİR announced that it established a new company in its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP ).
KARDEMİR (Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.) announced that the company now has a new subsidiary with the title KARLİMTAŞ KARDEMİR Liman İşletmeciliği ve Taşımacılık Anonim Şirketi. In the statement dated April 5, 2024 (today), it was stated that within the investment plan of KARDEMİR, a new company was established under the title of KARLİMTAŞ KARDEMİR Liman İşletmeciliği ve Taşımacılık Anonim Şirketi to operate in Türkiye and abroad within the scope of KARDEMİR's investment plan and to carry out all kinds of railway, highway, maritime and airline transportation based on freight transportation. It was stated that the company, which will be established as the sole subsidiary of KARDEMİR in order to carry out additional activities in line with the aforementioned purposes, will have a capital of 200.000.000 TL.
Official statement made by KARDEMİR is as follows:
"Under the scope of our company's investment plan, a new company has been established under the title of KARLİMTAŞ KARDEMİR Liman İşletmeciliği ve Taşımacılık Anonim Şirketi with a capital of TL 200,000,000, in which our company is the only shareholder, in order to operate domestically and abroad and to carry out all kinds of railway, road, maritime and airline transportation on the basis of freight transportation and to carry out additional activities for these purposes or provided that they are related to these issues.
