In line with the decisions taken by the Board of Directors, Murathan Kalyoncu has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Kalyon PV, while several other changes have also been made to the company’s management structure.
Kübra Kalyoncu, who successfully served as Chairwoman of the Board of Kalyon PV for four years, has handed over the position to Murathan Kalyoncu. She will continue to serve as a member of the Kalyon Holding Board of Directors.
As a member of the Kalyon Holding Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Kalyon Construction, Murathan Kalyoncu has led major projects at both national and international levels. Alongside these responsibilities, he will now lead Kalyon PV’s vision and growth objectives for the coming period.

About Murathan Kalyoncu
Murathan Kalyoncu, one of the younger-generation executives at Kalyon Holding, completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Regent’s University in London in 2020. During his studies, he gained experience in international procurement and financial management through various programs and internships.
Kalyoncu began his career at Dome Capital, one of the world’s leading financial institutions, before being appointed to the Kalyon Holding Board of Directors. In addition to this role, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Kalyon Construction since 2024.
Kalyoncu led the Romania Black Sea Coast–Podişor Natural Gas Pipeline Project, ensuring its successful completion in 2025. He is also leading international investments, including strategic energy and transportation projects in Syria, the UAE’s first high-speed railway project and a solar power project in Romania.
In Türkiye, he is leading major investments aimed at creating a lasting legacy, including Florentia Village, the country’s first international-standard luxury designer outlet project, the Bandırma–Bursa–Yenişehir–Osmaneli High-Speed Rail Project and transportation projects related to the Zangezur Corridor.
Alongside his corporate responsibilities, Kalyoncu also serves as Chairman of the Türkiye–United Kingdom Business Council under DEİK and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of TESYEV, continuing his work in the business and civil society sectors.
Other Management Appointments
As part of another Board of Directors decision at Kalyon PV, the company’s General Manager İhsan Kulalı has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. Görkem Suner, previously Kalyon PV’s Senior Deputy General Manager, has been appointed General Manager.
Kalyon PV remains committed to developing high value-added domestic production through sustainable energy investments and making strong contributions to Türkiye’s economy, employment, exports and efforts to reduce the current account deficit.
