In the 1st quarter quotas for Japan, between January the 1st and March the 31st, stainless wire rod quotas had the highest share with 1503 tons.
Last year's quota for wire rod was 1445 tons, and reached 2893 tons later with the transferred amount from the previous quarter.
The quota for stainless pipe (seamless) was 1013 tons, one of the two quotas opened for Japan in the first quarter.
Last year's quota for stainless pipe (seamless) was 974 tons, and reached 2408 tons later with the transferred amount from the previous year.
For the second quarter, which was between the 1st of April and the 30th of June, Japan's quota for wire rod was 1520 tons.
In the second quarter of last year, Japan's wire rod quota was 1537 tons, reaching 1848 tons with the transferred amount from the previous year.
The quota for stainless pipe (seamless) is 1024 tons, although it was 1036 tons in the last quarter of the previous year.
