Izdemir will sell ships worth 23 million dollars

In its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Izmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (IZMDC) announced that, as a result of evaluating the sector conditions, it decided to terminate its ship activities in order to optimize the company's activities and create a structure more suitable for long-term strategic goals.

In this context, the dry cargo ships M/V Halil Şahin, M/V IDC Pearl and M/V IDC Diamond were sold to Sea Eagle Shipping & Trading Co, Sea Pearl Shipping & Trading Co and Sea Diamond Shipping & Trading Co companies in total. It was stated that it was decided to sell it for 23 million dollars. It was stated that the necessary actions regarding the sales transactions in question will be initiated.
