Iskenderun Iron and Steel Co. Inc. In the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on April 24, 2023, it was noted that production was resumed in a controlled manner.
The statement made to the KAP included the following statements:
“In our material disclosures dated 13.02.2023 and 17.02.2023, it was stated that due to the earthquake disaster in our company's production facilities, due diligence studies were carried out and production was suspended.
Production was restarted in İsdemir in a gradual and controlled manner, and the pre-earthquake production levels were reached. Insurance appraisal and damage assessment studies continue, and as shared in our previous statements, our Company's earthquake-related damages are covered by insurance.
