Industrial production index narrowed

Industrial production efficiency statistics for the third quarter of this year were announced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. According to published data, in the July-September period of 2023, the production index per person in the total industry, adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects, lost 0.36 percent compared to the previous period. Calendar-adjusted total industrial production per capita index increased by 4.1 percent compared to the same period in 2022.

In the July-September period of 2023, the production index per hour worked in the total industry decreased by 0.93 percent compared to the previous period. A 1.79 percent increase was detected in the production index per hour worked in the total industry, adjusted for calendar effects, compared to the same period of the previous year.
