Damen announced that İÇDAŞ has signed an agreement for the ASD Tug 2813 model to be used in port operations in the Marmara Sea. In line with the signed contract, the tugboat will be built at İÇDAŞ shipyard in Çanakkale and will be used in the company's port operations in the Marmara Sea.
İÇDAŞ Board Member Necati Aslan stated: “This initiative not only enhances our ability to deliver advanced and reliable vessels, but also contributes to the development of Türkiye's maritime industry. We are confident that the successful delivery of this vessel will be an example of reliability, durability and efficiency in service.”
The ASD 2813 tugboat to be built is one of Damen's globally preferred models known for its high maneuverability and durability.
