Throughout his career, Gürkan Bayar has held long-term and critical roles in sales management and customer relations. He began his career in the steel industry in 2006 as Sales Manager at Güner Metal within 1971 Demir Çelik.
He then served for approximately 19 years as Sales Manager at Güner Metal Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, where he specialized particularly in customer retention and sales process management. He also contributed to his deep sector experience through his work at Akgün Metal.
As of June 2026, he has joined the Kocaeli Gebze-based Dessan Demir Çelik team. With his new role, Bayar will continue working within Sayan Group’s sales and marketing team, and is expected to make significant contributions to the company’s customer management and marketing activities through his extensive experience in sales processes.
