Industrial gas giant Linde India (formerly BOC India) reported to shareholders on Tuesday that it has completed the sale of its oxygen-producing joint venture to Mumbai-based JSW Steel.
Under the deal, Linde transfers Bellary Oxygen Company, which houses 855 tons per day of air separation units and other related assets, to JSW for INR 500 million ($6.71 million), according to the November 16 stock market statement.
