Fortescue Metals Group (FMG)'s iron ore production and shipment increased by 2% in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the previous quarter. Compared to the same period of the previous year, it increased by 11% and amounted to 49.2 million tons.
The company's iron ore shipments increased by 4% compared to the previous quarter. On an annual basis, it shipped a total of 47.5 million tons of iron ore, an increase of 2%.
Fortescue Metals Group's iron ore shipments amounted to 184.7 million tons in 2021, an increase of 2% compared to the previous year.
