A final review investigation has been opened on imports of "base metal stuffed wires (for electric arc welding)" originating from China.
The communiqués of the Ministry of Commerce on the prevention of unfair competition in imports were published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
Accordingly, certain anti-dumping measures are in effect at the rates of 21.12 percent and 28.87 percent of the CIF price (cost of goods, insurance and freight) in the import of "filled wires made of base metals" product originating in China.
Based on the application made by the domestic manufacturer Oerlikon Kaynak Elektrodları ve Sanayi AŞ, it was decided to open a final review investigation, since dumping and damage are likely to continue or reoccur if the anti-dumping measure is repealed.
Anti-dumping measures that have expired and will expire
Existing anti-dumping measures, which expire in the second half of 2021 and will expire in the second half of this year, were also announced.
Accordingly, the anti-dumping measures applied on imports of "some drilling tools" and "milling tools" of Chinese origin expired on December 7, 2021.
Among them, "concrete pumps, concrete pumping vehicles" originating from Korea and China, "pipes and pipes of refined copper" originating in Greece, "quilted fabrics" originating in China, hot rolled flat steel in non-coils (of different thicknesses), buses, trucks, agricultural and The effective period of anti-dumping measures applied on imports of goods including "tires used in forestry vehicles, construction, mining or industrial handling vehicles and machinery", Korean origin "dioctyl orthophthalates, dioctyl terephthalate" will expire in the second half of this year unless a final review investigation is opened.
The domestic producer or producers of the products in question have the right to apply for a final review investigation.
