Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.Ş. announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that Ruşen Cem Köseoğlu resigned from his duties and Ferhat Özmerzi was appointed to the vacant General Manager position.
The statement made on the company's official social media account included the following statements:

As of today, Ferhat Özmerzi has started his duty as our new General Manager. We wish Mr. Özmerzi success in his duties and hope that this new period will be auspicious for him and our company.”
Ferhat Özmerzi has previously served as General Manager at Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.Ş. and most recently as General Manager at ÖZYAŞAR TEL. Özmerzi, who previously held senior management positions at leading companies in the industry such as Ünika Universal Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Frimpeks and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, started his new position at Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.Ş. with his extensive experience.
Özmerzi received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1995. He then completed his master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Marmara University between 1998 and 1999.
