According to the announcement dated November 18, 2021, the EU has decided to impose definitive anti-dumping (AD) duty on imports of Indian and Indonesian stainless steel cold rolled flat products as a result of an investigation initiated by a complaint filed by the European Steel Association (Eurofer) in September 2020.
The AD tax rate is 13.9% for Jindal Stainless Limited and Jindal Stainless Hisar Limited in India and 35.3% for all other Indian companies. Indonesia's IRNC has been assigned a tax rate of 10.2% and will be subject to a strict AD tax of 20.2% to other Indonesian producers.
