According to the BRSA's board decision published in the Official Gazette, as a result of the examination and evaluation made within the scope of Article 4 of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Permission and Indirect Shareholding of Banks and Articles 7 and 8 of the Banking Law, 6 Pursuant to Article 'I, the founding partners Hardan Ayyed, Mohammed Noori Ayyed, Noor Ayyed, Vadeea Ayyed and Vedat Ayyed were allowed to establish an investment bank called "Asır Yatırım Bankası AŞ" with an establishment capital of 600 million TL.
Within the framework of the said regulation, the founding partners Ziraat Bankası AŞ, Ziraat Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, Ziraat Girişim Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, in order to operate in accordance with the operating principles specified in the Digital Bank Regulation in accordance with the Banking Law and to apply for the operating permit within this framework. , Ziraat Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Ziraat Teknoloji AŞ decided to allow the establishment of a digital bank named "Ziraat Dynamic Bank AŞ" with an establishment capital of 2 billion 500 million TL in Turkey.
As a result of the evaluations made within the scope of Article 7 of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Permission and Indirect Shareholding of Banks and the Regulation on the Operational Principles of Digital Banks and Service Model Banking, the operating license was granted to Hayat Finans Katılım Bankası AŞ, for which the establishment permission was granted on April 21, 2022. was decided to be given.
