According to Iranian news sources, this long-discussed transfer has reached a new stage with the signing of an official memorandum of understanding between the two parties.

According to the signed memorandum, the shares of Esfahan Steel, as well as Khoorasan Steel, will be transferred to Mobarakeh Steel Group.
Considering the current production capacity and infrastructure of Esfahan Steel and Khoorasan Steel, it is believed that the integration within Mobarakeh will increase efficiency in resource utilization.
