Ereğli Demir ve Çelik (Erdemir) posted a strong sales performance in its Q4 2025 financial results. The company generated TRY 61 billion in revenue during the quarter, exceeding the market expectation of TRY 53 billion, and closed the year with a total revenue of TL 209 billion, maintaining a level close to 2024.

On the operational side, crude steel production showed a quarterly recovery, while capacity utilization slightly declined to 85%. Gross profit margin reached 11%, and EBITDA stood at TL 7.5 billion, surpassing expectations. Notably, EBITDA per ton continued its uninterrupted upward trend for the fifth consecutive quarter.

On the balance sheet, net debt decreased to TL 43 billion, bringing the net debt/EBITDA ratio down to 1.92x. Net profit for the quarter was a TL 1.9 billion loss, which was lower than the analyst consensus of TL 2.8 billion, indicating a more limited loss.

Overall, Erdemir demonstrated strong operational and EBITDA performance in Q4, while net profit was slightly impacted by financial items. Revenue and operational indicators suggest that the company is maintaining a steady recovery trend.
