Emirates Steel Arkan maintains rebar prices for March amidst Ramadan slowdown

Emirates Steel Arkan, a prominent producer of rebar, has announced that it will maintain rebar prices at their current levels for March production. The company is offering rebar in the range of 10-40 mm at AED 2,744 per ton ($747) for CPT Abu Dhabi, and AED 2,752 per ton ($749) for CPT Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates.

This decision comes amidst the approach of the Ramadan period, which traditionally witnesses a reduction in construction activity. By keeping prices stable, Emirates Steel Arkan aims to support the industry during this time of anticipated slowdown.
The mentioned prices do not include the 5% VAT.
