In this statement, based on the resolution of the decision-making board (SPK) dated 07.03.2024 and numbered 14/382, updates were made regarding the status of items resulting from inflationary adjustment against profit distribution and no change in it. The amount of gross profit distribution is 0.50 TL and 0.45 net per share of the company's 2023 profit. It was announced that TL cash profit will be distributed. The dividend date has not yet been announced.
The statement made by İSDEMİR is as follows;
By the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated March 20, 2024; Our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held on 28 March 2024 will decide on the distribution of the profit obtained as a result of the activities of 2023, as shown in the attached tables, and the determination of the profit distribution date all at once, by the Board of Directors after the Ordinary General Assembly, taking into account the Company's cash projection. It was decided to submit it to the approval of the General Assembly.
