It's apparent that suppliers in the CIS and Ukraine are actively adjusting billet prices, particularly in response to changing conditions in the Turkish market. Notably, amid increased winter freight rates, the supply of CIS billets in the Turkish import market is now priced at $545-570/t CFR, contrasting the previous range of $530-545/t CFR. 

Shifting focus to Ukraine, recent data reveals fluctuations in export prices for billets, ranging between $525-545/t FOB (Reni, Izmail, Odesa) — a $5-15 increase from the previous pricing levels.Anticipate a widespread ascent in billet prices as prevailing market conditions indicate a forthcoming upward trend across most regions.
