Chinese HRC in 3mm SS400/S235JR grade has found buyers in the GCC market at $583-585 per tonne.
The deal, which was arranged through a trading company, includes an order of 7,000-8,000 tons in various weights, and was completed with an average January shipment of $585 per ton. This development indicates that steel demand and prices in the region are increasing on the back of the positive tendency in global markets.
