The Chinese company Shandong Aipurui Steel Plate Co., Ltd plans to build a $120 million metallurgical plant in the Tarakkiyot industrial zone of the Toshlok district.
The investment project, implemented in three stages, provides for the creation of 500 new jobs. It is planned to produce high-quality processed metal products for both the domestic market and for export.
The first stage of the plant is expected to be launched in October.
Investor Han Zongbai spoke about the current construction work and the introduction of the most modern technologies at the plant. The regional governor Khairullo Bozorov noted that work on the project is proceeding at an accelerated pace, conditions are being created not only for production, but also for holding business forums.
