The quarterly nickel contract on the London Metal Exchange announced on July 30 at $19,885 per tonne (4.9%) at $983 per tonne (4.9%) to $18,902 per tonne after the official trade on Wednesday, and over the past few days China's domestic stainless steel futures have been announced. Demand for transactions decreased.
The top-traded September stainless steel contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange closed Wednesday's trading session at 18,220 yuan ($2,810), down 1,775 yuan from 19,995 yuan on July 30.
