The increase in the list prices of Chinese Baoshan Iron and Steel and Angang Steel for March is considered as a development that makes the Chinese steel market optimistic.
With the decreasing effect of the Russian-Ukrainian war, high inflation and the Covid-19, steel prices started to recover after the Lunar New Year. In addition, the steel market is expected to strengthen further with the policy package expected to be implemented by China to stabilize the economy.
