China Shagang Steel has increased its scrap prices by $12 for all grades this week, effective today.

China Shagang Steel raises scrap prices

China Shagang Steel has increased its scrap prices by $12 for all grades this week, effective today.
Post revision HMS (6-10 mm) prices are around $390 excluding VAT.
Following the positive trend in Chinese finished steel prices, the company increased its offers to procure more scrap.
