China Shagang Steel cuts scrap prices

China Shagang Steel has reduced its scrap prices, effective today.
After the revision, HMS(6-10 mm) prices are at $384.
The company announced that it has cut prices for two weeks in a row due to the decrease in demand and limited sales for a while.
