Çemtaş signs $32.5 million ground-mounted solar power plant agreement with CW Enerji

Under the project, the parties reached an agreement worth $32,493,961.50 excluding VAT. It was stated that this amount corresponds to approximately TL 1,469,373,689 based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) foreign exchange buying rate as of the contract date.

As part of the project, an advance payment of $8,138,490 was made, while the remaining payment will be carried out progressively throughout the project duration based on completed work stages.

In a statement made by CW Enerji Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that the agreement was signed with Çemtaş for the installation of a ground-mounted solar power plant and that the project is planned to be completed by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.

The statement also noted that the contract amount is $32,493,961.50, which corresponds to a total of TL 1,469,373,689.63 excluding VAT based on the CBRT foreign exchange buying rate on the contract date. It was stated that $8,138,490 was collected as an advance payment, while the remaining amount will be received progressively during the project period.

The company also stated that the customer names that are party to the contract were clearly disclosed in order to ensure accurate and equal public disclosure.
