Çemtaş Çelik has decided to expand its registered capital limit

Çemtaş Çelik declared that it has increased its registered capital limit from 500 million TL to 2.5 billion TL.

Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. made an announcement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) regarding the decision to increase the registered capital limit.

Çemtaş Çelik submitted the following information to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP): "It has been decided to increase our registered capital limit in Article 6 of our articles of association from TL 500,000,000,000 to TL 2,500,000,000,000 and to extend the period of the registered capital limit for another 5 years to be valid for the years 2024-2028, to make the necessary applications to the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade for the amendment of the articles of association and to submit the amendment of the article to the approval of the stockholders in the first general assembly after the necessary permissions are granted.
