Borusan Berg Pipe received USD 553 million order for new line pipes in the US

Borusan Berg Pipe, the U.S. subsidiary of Borusan Integrated Pipe Manufacturing Industry and Trade Inc., has received new sales orders totaling USD 553 million following commercial negotiations conducted in the United States market. The development was disclosed to the public through a statement filed by the company with the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

In a disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that Borusan Berg Pipe has reached an agreement for a large scale project within the scope of its commercial activities in the United States, and that the order received covers large-diameter line pipes. It was noted that, in line with these orders, production will be carried out at Borusan Berg Pipe’s Mobile facilities located in the state of Alabama.

According to the company’s statement, production of the large diameter line pipes in question is planned to be completed in 2027, with shipments also scheduled to take place within the same year. Within this framework, the order received is expected to make a significant contribution to Borusan Integrated Pipe Manufacturing Industry and Trade Inc..’s consolidated revenues for 2027.

The statement also emphasized that projections regarding the production and shipment schedule may vary depending on the progress of the projects subject to the orders and ordinary fluctuations that may occur over time in commercial conditions. Accordingly, it was noted that the final delivery timelines and financial contributions will become clearer in parallel with the progress of the project.
