Benxi Steel has reduced its hot rolled coil (HRC) offer for December shipments by approximately $5/ton.

As Chinese HRC prices continue to decline, Japanese mills plan to increase their bargain price

Hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in China's domestic market continue to decline. The decrease in prices affects export prices negatively.

Japanese factories, on the other hand, expect prices to recover, also consider raising the bargain price in November.
