Australian coking coal prices drop another $2/ton

Australian premium low volatile coal prices fell $2/t to $370/t FOB on 17 November'21.

Buyers are reportedly hesitant about booking deals. Offers of Goonyella brand Australian premium medium-volatile coking coal from India are valued at $360/tonne FOB.

Coking coal prices are declining amid weak demand outlook in China amid unfavorable steel margins and steady increase in domestic supply.
