In 2022, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih decreased the production of rolled products by 76.1% compared to 2021 to 1.1 million tons. 22.8% of the company's business plan for the production of steel products was fulfilled.
In 2022, pig iron production decreased by 70% compared to 2021 to 1.6 million tons, while steel production decreased by 75.6% to 1.2 million tons. The company's 2022 plan envisages the production of 5.6 million tons of pig iron and 5.1 million tons of steel. The planned amounts were realized at 29% and 23.1%, respectively.
ArcelorMittal also produced 1 million tonnes of coke with 6% damp, which is 62.7% less than the planned volume for the year.
