Yasanın yürürlüğe girdiği 18 Mayıs’tan bu yana, yabancılara 437 bin metrekare taşınmaz satıldı. En çok taşınmazı Almanlar alırken, Ruslar Akdeniz açılımı yaptı. Sahillerden alım yapması yasaklanan Yunanlar ise tercihini İç Anadolu’ndan yana kullandı.
183 ülke vatandaşının Türkiye’den şartsız gayrimenkul alacağı Mütekabiliyet Yasası’nın ardından 907 taşınmaz satıldı.
