Acciaierie Venete places order for new correction line

Acciaierie Venete has partnered with Danieli for the new line, which will be used at their plant in Padova. The new system is designed to operate in line with Industry 4.0 standards. In this way, the efficiency of overall production will be increased, unplanned maintenance will be avoided and investments in spare parts supply will be managed more efficiently.

Designed with the goal of high efficiency, the fully automated correction line is capable of processing SBQ black bars with a diameter of up to 200 mm and a maximum yield strength of up to 1350 N/mm2, while the technology is expected to save 15% energy and significantly reduce setup times in production processes.
