2022 Industrial Capacity Report statistics have been announced
According to the report;
The number of Capacity Reports, which was 85,790 in 2021, increased by 11.67% to 95,804 in 2022. 44.70% of the production facilities to which these reports belong have between 1-9 employees, 39.20% between 10-49, 7.80% between 50-99, 5.75% between 100-249 and 2.55% more than 250 employees. In 2022, the total number of employees in the facilities with the Industrial Capacity report was 3,871,480 with an increase of 8.27% compared to the previous year.
While 5.54% of the total employees are employed in facilities with 1-9 employees, 22.44%
10-49%, 13.54% 50-99, 21.99% 100-249, 36.49% 250 or more employees are employed in the facilities. According to the Valid Reports, the top five provinces with the highest employment were Istanbul (790.646), Bursa (325.682), İzmir (259.311), Kocaeli (232.883) and Ankara (223.307) respectively. The last five provinces with the fewest employees are Iğdır (1,064), Hakkari (718), Ardahan (592), Tunceli (497), Bayburt (298).
