Google AB'nin 4.34 milyar euro cezasını temyiz etti

Google, AB Komisyonu'nun Android mobil işletim sistemini rakiplerini engellemek için kullandığı savıyla üç ay önce verdiği 4.34 milyar euro (5 milyar dolar) "tekelle mücadele cezasını" dün temyiz etti.

Google AB'nin 4.34 milyar euro cezasını temyiz etti

Google yaptığı açıklamada, AB Komisyonu'nun Adroid işletim sistemi için verdiği kararı Lüksemburg'da bulunan Avrupa Birliği'nin ikinci en yüksek yargı oranı AB Genel Mahkemesi'nde temyiz ettiğini duyurdu.
