It was reported that Fevzi Özdemir will be laid to rest in Kdz. Ereğli on Monday, September 14, 2026, following the afternoon prayer. It was stated that the funeral prayer will be held at Hacı Fevzi and Hacı Sevim Özdemir Mosque, located next to the Imam Hatip High School.
